***We can ship coffee and chocolate only within Alaska.*** We roast Monday and Thursday evenings. Orders that come in after 3 PM on Monday will be roasted on Thursday. Orders that come in after 3 PM on Thursday will be roasted on Monday. Our goal is to have the coffee delivered/shipped within 24 hours of roasting.
We use and support the iFill brand of K-Cups as they are extremely well designed, can hold up to 50% more coffee than the standard supermarket alternatives, and make a very good cup of coffee. They are compatible with Keurig 1.0 and Keurig 2.0 machines.
To ensure freshness, we only roast on Mondays and Thursdays when orders are placed. If you would like a specific coffee from our menu, select the coffee and the roast level you prefer. If you enjoy variety, select the variety pack option. The amount of variety will change every week according to the other orders that we receive. If you have strong preferences, we would recommend that you order specific coffees from our menu. If you prefer a certain roast level or certain types of coffees but are open to try others, please specify in the order notes field and we will try and accommodate your request and include more of your preferred type of coffee.
Brewing Recommendations
We recommend starting with the eight ounce brew setting.
If the coffee tastes stronger than you prefer, use the next larger brew volume button.
If the coffee tastes more acidic than you prefer (more likely for lighter roasts), first try the highest water temperature setting. To further reduce acidity, use the next larger brew volume button.
If the coffee tastes weaker than you prefer or more bitter than you prefer, use the smaller brew volume button.
If the coffee tastes more bitter than you prefer (more likely for darker roasts), first try the lowest water temperature setting. To further reduce bitterness, try a smaller brew volume.
