Caffeine Free: Blueberry Tea (2 ounces)

Tasting Notes

This is a very blueberry forward herbal tea that is great both hot and cold.  It can be very tart if 1) brewed in a concentrate form or 2) without sweetener.

Steep Directions

1 tsp (7 g) of tea per 8 oz (226 g) of 205F water for 3 minutes. Sweetener tames the tartness as does decreasing steep time and using less tea. Like other loose leaf teas, this tea can be steeped more than once but how many times depends on how long you allow the tea to steep,  At the above recommended starting steeping time, we find it can be steeped twice and retain good flavor.

Blueberry, Rose Hips, Blackberry Leaves. Caffeine free.
